Joe Fallon (1899-1974) Havre de Grace, Maryland 4.75" Joe Fallon of Havre de Grace devoted his retirement to carving miniature wildfowl, drawing upon a lifelong familiarity with the ducks and waterfowl of the Susquehanna Flats and Eastern Shore. Primarily carving flying and standing ducks, Fallon developed a distinctive style and became known for his finely detailed miniatures. His work was encouraged by R.
