Unique selection of a framed piece of art, perfect for home display. This piece is formally untitled but showcases a collage of John Wayne portraits, all from a variety of films in his career including “True Grit” (1969) and “The Sands of Iwo Jima” (1949). The working was originally done as a pencil etch, and this piece direction is part of a 1500 print run. This work is directly notated as “102/1500” as written in the bottom left-hand corner. It appears that the artist’s signature of “Marvin Gelder” is located in the bottom right-hand corner. Picture is framed, matted and under glass, holding overall great presentation. The frame holds some wear but the interior print is in great condition. Overall presentation measures 29” H x 23.5” with interior print measures 23” H x 17” W Due to the size and weight, we cannot ship this item.
