Vintage 15 Pcs Chinese Celadon Dragon Tea Set

Updated August 31, 2026

Excellent selection of a highly collectible 15-piece vintage Chinese celadon porcelain tea service set. Designed primarily for Western export markets in the mid-to-late 20th century, this set uniquely features six individual cups and saucers alongside a tea pot, creamer, and sugar bowl. All the pieces (including two lids) make up the full 15-piece tea service set. The items distinctly mimic a coiled mythical dragon with its molded scales and spine in detail. On the teapot, the dragon’s head extends forward to serve as the pouring spot. Selection includes: - Sculpted Dragon Teapot (w/ lid) - Sugar Bowl (w/ lid) - Wide-Mouthed Creamer - 6 Teacups - 6 Saucers Items all appear very complete and free of damage based upon general overview. Based upon paper markings, it appears these pieces were produced sometime between the late 1960s and late 1970s in Yixing, a historic city in China’s Jiangsu province. Yixing is notable for being known as the “Teapot Capital” of Asia.
