J. Stevens Arms Model Single Shot

R Serial # NC201. 12 Ga. single shot shotgun with a 30” barrel. The bore is poor to fair with moderate pitting. The barrel is choked Full. The metal finish on the barrel is an older re-blue and is in fair to good condition showing a covering of light surface rust with older cleaned rust. The frame is a partially cleaned rusty brown patina with dings, scratches and edge wear. The checkered walnut forearm is in good condition showing some light marks. The checkered butt stock is in fair condition showing some light marks with moderate finish wear and older mildew stains. There is a crack at the upper tang. Newer replacement plastic butt plate that does not fit well. The action works OK, but is sluggish. C&R.
