R Serial # 34814A. .32 RF caliber single shot rolling block boy’s rifle with a 20” round barrel. The bore is good, mostly clean with good rifling with some light corrosion in the grooves. The metal finish on the barrel is in poor condition; it is a partially cleaned rusty brown patina with scattered rust and scattered pitting. The metal finish on the receiver is mostly a partially cleaned brownish gray patina with scattered light dings and scratches. The plain walnut forearm and matching butt stock have had extra finish added long ago and are in fair to good condition showing a large repaired crack at the lower tang. There is a screw through the wrist and a small crack at the upper tang. Original front and rear sights including the folding tang sight. Steel butt plate. The action works OK, the trigger pull is a bit stiff. Made between 1901 and 1933. C&R.
