R Serial # 1850E. 20 Ga. double barrel shotgun with 28” barrels. The bores very good to excellent, mostly clean with some isolated spots of roughness. The barrels are choked Full and Improved Modified. Double triggers with automatic ejectors. The blued metal finish on the barrels is in good condition showing muzzle wear with thinning, scratches and scattered light rust. There are some patches that are turning to a brown patina. The receiver shows faded case color with some older cleaned light surface rust, mostly on the bottom. The trigger guard is worn to bare metal with older cleaned rust. The checkered walnut stock and forearm are in very good to excellent condition showing some minor marks from use with light finish wear. Iver Johnson logo pistol grip cap and plastic butt plate. The LoP is 14”. The action works fine. Made c. 1924 to 1935. C&R.
