R Serial # AH27233. .38 S&W caliber double action top eject revolver with a 2½” barrel. The bore is very good, mostly clean with strong rifling with light fouling. 5 shot cylinder. Manual ejection. Adjustable rear sight. 2nd Model made in 1971. The metal finish on the barrel, frame and cylinder is a bare gray patina. It appears as though the blued metal finish has been stripped off. The surface shows scattered light pitting. with light rust on the front grip strap. The smooth brown plastic grips are in very good condition showing some light scratches scratches. The action works fine. The 2nd Model was made from 1964-1972. C&R.
