R Serial # V948888V. 12 Ga. pump action shotgun with a 28” ventilated rib barrel. The bore is excellent, mostly clean and shiny with light fouling. The barrel is choked Modified. The chamber is 2-3/4”. Made in 1983. V Prefix guns were made from 1974-1984, so there is a good chance the barrel is original to the gun. The blued metal finish on the barrel is in excellent condition showing little wear with some scattered fine scratches. The magazine tube shows light action wear. The blued metal finish on the steel receiver is in very good to excellent condition showing little wear with some fine scratches and some light freckling. The gloss finished checkered walnut forearm and the matching butt stock are in excellent condition showing a few scattered light marks. Brown rubber recoil pad with an LoP of 13-7/8”. The action works fine.
