A clear pressed glass one-gallon jug produced by the Owens-Illinois Glass Company featuring an original paper label for Capital Distilled Water of Lansing, Michigan. The body is embossed with the cursive script reading Duraglas, and the base bears the Owens-Illinois logo consisting of an I inside an O within a diamond. The label identifies the contents as bottled by the Pan-A-Cea Water Co. of Detroit, Michigan, and the vessel is topped with a metal screw cap bearing an A&W logo.Height: approximately 11.75 inches.The glass is in good overall condition with some minor cloudy residue visible at the interior base. The paper label shows significant staining, yellowing, and minor wear along the outer edges. The replacement metal cap shows surface oxidation and light wear to the printed logo.
