Sloan Anniversary and Howard Miller Clocks

Two gold colored mantel clocks. (1) Anniversary style dome clock. The dial is marked SLOAN at the top and QUARTZ below, with MADE IN GERMANY at the bottom of the chapter ring, black Roman numerals on a white ring, brushed gold center, black spade hands and a sweep second hand. It sits on a round stepped gold base with two twisted rope columns, a crown top plate with three urn finials, and a four ball rotating pendulum. The clear glass dome is included with no chips or cracks in the photos. Battery housing is on the back of the movement. About twelve inches tall with the dome. (2) Howard Miller brass carriage clock. The underside label reads Model 612-735 with number K97725. The case is a rectangular gold box on a stepped base with a fold over handle and curved glass front over a white dial with black Roman numerals, HOWARD MILLER at center and Westminster Chime below. About seven inches tall to the top of the handle. Neither clock was wound, batteried or run, so both sell untested. Estimated Value: $40 to $75 based on comparable recent sales. Sold as-is.
