Cream Colored Crock with Coloful Flying Girl

This round ceramic crock has a warm cream/beige glazed finish and a wide rolled rim. The front features a whimsical, colorful folk-art style illustration of a flying angel-like figure with bright orange curled hair, patterned clothing, wings, autumn-colored leaves, and accents of green, purple, orange, and brown. The original bottom label identifies it as marketed by Wal-Mart Stores, Inc. and made in China; the label also contains candle-use warnings, suggesting it may originally have been sold as a decorative candle container. Dimensions are approximately 5"h x 5 1/4"diameter. Good pre-owned condition with visible signs of use and age. Colorful decoration remains attractive and generally well preserved. The ceramic appears structurally intact with no obvious cracks or visible chips. There are light surface scratches/scuffs, minor marks, and some wear to the glaze, particularly around the rim and exterior. The interior shows light residue, spotting, and surface wear consistent with prior use. The unglazed foot/base has noticeable dark scuffing and discoloration from shelf contact. The original bottom label remains attached but shows considerable wear and discoloration.
