Vintage White Painted Cast Iron Dog Doorstop

A concrete dog doorstop sculpted in the likeness of a small brachycephalic breed, resembling a Pug or a Pekingese. It has a distinctively flat, pushed-in face (brachycephalic) featuring prominent brow ridges, deeply set eyes, and fold details around the snout that give it a characteristic ""grumpy"" or stern expression. The ears are folded over and drop down along the sides of the head, and the tail is curled tightly over its hindquarters, classic traits of Pugs. The piece has a textured, pitted surface indicative of cast metal or cement. It's finished with a heavily weathered off-white paint, showing small chips, dark spots, and hints of rust coloring near the base, which adds an antique, rustic charm. Fair condition due to chipped paint; otherwise, in solid, useable good condition. Dimensions are approximately 3"h x 3 1/2"w x 1 1/2"d.
