Once the final vehicle closes, the auction will conclude and be processed. You will receive a Settlement email providing a detailed breakdown of your winning bid, buyer’s premium, and applicable tax on the buyer’s premium. This does take some time, so do not expect an email immediately after the auction closes. We work to get the emails out as quickly as possible. If a vehicle had a reserve that was not met, we will work diligently with the consignor to attempt to secure a sale. In some cases, the consignor may be willing to negotiate the reserve to complete the transaction. If applicable, we will contact you via phone call, email, or text message.
