We accept cash or card payments for vehicle purchases. At the close of the auction, a settlement email will be automatically issued reflecting a 14% buyer’s premium for card payments. If you intend to pay with cash and qualify for the 11% buyer’s premium, please contact the individual listed in the settlement email to request an updated settlement reflecting the correct premium. For cash payments, exact change is required at pickup. You will receive an email labeled “Settlement” at the close of the auction. This email serves as your official invoice. We strongly encourage all bidders to attend our open house to preview vehicles prior to the auction closing. Please do not rely solely on photographs and descriptions. While we make every effort to provide complete and transparent information regarding each vehicle, in-person inspection is highly recommended.
