An assortment of three home media titles across DVD and VHS formats, featuring cult cinema and popular animation. The collection includes The Simpsons: The Complete First Season DVD Collector's Edition, a three-disc set containing all 13 episodes of the debut season, released by Twentieth Century Fox Home Entertainment in 2001. This NTSC (Region 1) set is housed in a silver metallic-finish cardboard slipcase featuring character outlines and a central television graphic. Special features include audio commentaries, outtakes, and original scripts. Also included is a VHS release of the 1975 dystopian action film Death Race 2000, starring David Carradine and Sylvester Stallone, produced by Roger Corman and directed by Paul Bartel. This is a PAL format UK release, rated 18 by the BBFC, with packaging design by Entertainment Today Ltd from 1996, housed in a standard black plastic clamshell case. Completing the trio is Todd McFarlane's Spawn: Special Edition DVD, an uncut collector's edition of the HBO animated series released by HBO Home Video and HBO Animation in 1997. This NTSC format disc includes interactive menus, storyboards, and an interview with Todd McFarlane. Bidders should note this lot contains a mixture of NTSC and PAL regional formats. Condition: The Simpsons slipcase exhibits shelf wear, including rubbing to the metallic finish, minor creasing at the corners, and a small piece of clear adhesive tape on the top edge. The Death Race 2000 case and sleeve are in good vintage condition with standard shelf wear. The Spawn case shows visible wear and compression along the left spine edge, with retail stickers present on the front cover and a barcode label on the reverse.
