Vintage 1929 Ford Model A sedan delivery. The Model A was made in model years 1928, 29, 30 and 31. These cars were a great improvement over the heavily dated Model T and a transition car to the 1932 Ford V8 powered cars to come. The Model A offered a wide range of body styles from cars to trucks. The sedan delivery crossed over both of these areas. It had the body of the 2-door sedan and offered the hauling capacity of a truck. As compared to the sedan, the back side windows were filled in with metal and there was a door added to the back of the car for loading and unloading your cargo. This sedan delivery is an older restoration that does have some paint wear. There is damage to the roof were some of the wood bows have broken and some of the metal around the top bows is dented. This area can easily be repaired and would also be covered by the vinyl soft top that will also need to be replaced. Tires are in good condition. The car looks to be complete and ready to go but has not been started. With the mechanical simplicity of these cars and the complete group of replacement parts available, this should be an easy car to get back on the road.
