Vintage ASCO “Hot Nut” 5¢ vending machine. Machine is from the 1930s to 1940s. Features an aluminum case, sided glass globe and a 5¢ decal. Designed to dispense heated nuts. Looks to be completed and in very good condition. Tested with a nickel and appears mechanism is working as designed. Cord plugged in and top come of machine lights up. Working order of heating element inside globe is unknown. Switch on back of machine can also be used to turn on and off the light. A special type of key is used to access coins and add product. Key not included. Electric cord in very good condition. Measures 21.5” tall, 7.5” wide and 9” deep.
