Guitar is displayed in a unique Tropical Turquoise color design and is known for blending vintage 1950s design elements with modern playability and Eric Johnson’s meticulous tonal requirements. The model was named for American guitarist and multi-instrumentalist Eric Johnson, renowned for his extraordinary technical skill and signature tonal perfectionism. Often referred to as the “Tone King,” he is best known for his 1990 instrumental hit “Cliffs of Dover,” which won a Grammy Award and remains a benchmark for electric guitar virtuosity. As a comparison to the artist, this guitar is specifically designed to deliver a warmer, more “cultured” tone, aligning with Eric Johnson’s shift toward a smoother, more sophisticated sound later in his career.
