Larger size vintage Texaco Motor Oil gas station porcelain sign. Sign is two sided with a surrounding metal frame and heavy duty stand that is mounted to a rolling base on 4 wheels. This is the type of sign that would be rolled out into the lot in the morning and rolled back into the building at night. Sign features the iconic “Clean, Clear, Golden” branding. Overall sign shows age and use wear with paint loss but no holes. One side of sign is very good and clearly readable. Other side was painted over at some point as a warning sign in yellow with black wording that is peeling off revealing the original Texaco sign underneath that matches the other side. A great collectable piece where the age and use wear does not detract from the overall appeal. A not so common sign that can be moved at ease from place to place and not take up much space or have to be mounted to the wall. Sign with frame measures 30.75” x 30.75”. Base measures 24.5” x 24.5”. Total height of sign and stand is 63.5”. ** SHIPPING DISCLAIMER: Due to the size and weight of this item, we are unable to provide in-house shipping.
