This pair of sterling silver serving spoons features intricate pierced scrolling foliate motifs within scalloped bowls and double-strand twisted wire handles. Each handle is decorated with polychrome enameled butterfly and floral elements in shades of blue and red. The reverse of each bowl is impressed STERLING alongside a small, indistinct manufacturer symbol. These spoons weigh 0.850 OZT in total. The spoons show light surface scratches and a natural darkened patina in recessed areas as expected with age. The colorful enamel remains largely intact.
