Pablo Picasso (Spanish, 1881–1973) Original lithograph from the highly sought after deluxe edition of Picasso Dessins by Waldemar George. Published by Editions des Quatre Chemins, Paris. Pencil signed lower right. Depicting Two Cubist Interior Studies in Picasso's elegant neoclassical style. Issued on Arches paper in a limited edition of 100 copies accompanying the deluxe publication. Numbered on verso 55/100. A desirable original Picasso lithograph featuring two related compositions that highlight the artist's innovative Cubist vocabulary. Combining decorative still-life elements with expressive portraiture, this scarce print from the deluxe Picasso Dessins portfolio is an excellent example of Picasso's ability to transform everyday interiors into dynamic modernist compositions. Does not include the original book and limitation page, these 3 pieces are for reference only. Overall good condition with light toning and minor age-related wear. Measures 8.25" x 10.25".
