Sapphire blue round squat pony shape bottle. Embossed on the front LANCASTER GLASS WORKS N.Y. Iron pontiled base with most of the iron remaining. With applied rounded tapered lip. Circa 1850s. Condition is dug with overall staining, there are two pot stones on the reverse of the bottle with 3/8 inch associated bruises, and sseveral interior discolored bubbles. Measures approximately 2 1/2 inches wide x 7 inches tall.
