Aqua rectangular medicine bottle. Embossed in four indented panels LYON'S KATHAIRON FOR THE HAIR NEW YORK. Open pontiled base. Applied double collar lip. Circa 1850s. Condition is professionally tumble cleaned with remaining patchy interior staining and there is a 1/8 inch flake with an associated scratch to the edge of the Kathairon panel, and a 1/8 inch flake to the base edge on the For The Hair panel. Measures approximately 2 inches wide x 6 1/8 inches tall.
