Deep amber round inkwell blown in a three piece geometric mold. Open pontiled base. With disc type mouth. Circa 1830s. Probably Coventry Glassworks, Coventry Connecitcutt. Condition is attic found with some minor high point wear, and there is 1/8 inch flake to the rib between the diamond pattern and vertical lines on the side. Measures approximately 2 1/4 inches wide x 1 5/8 inches tall.
