Bluegreen round quart master ink bottle. Embossed on the front HOVER PHIL.A. Open pontiled base. Applied tapered lip with pinched pour spout. Circa 1850s. Condition is professionally tumble cleaned with some remaining ground wear and scratches. There has been a 1/2 inch flake off of the front base edge that has been partially buffed out with an associated open bubble, and there also appears to have been a large area of chipping on the pour spout that has also been buffed out with a remaining small area of iridescent bruising. Measures approximately 3 1/4 inches wide x 9 1/2 inches tall.
