The big one is over an inch and a half in diameter. The smaller one is about 3/4 inch. These date to circa 1860 to 1920. During this golden era of marble production, glass artisans in regions like Lauscha and Thuringia, Germany, crafted these items entirely by hand. Production of these unique styles peaked during the late 19th century and early 20th century before abruptly ending around World War I, when American machine-made manufacturing took over the global market. Both will have have play wear, please inspect.
