The label on the front reads "Programm-Buch" (Program Book) 1917. Scrapbook is loaded with German handwriting and ephemera from the 1917-1920s time period and appears to have belonged to a classical music and opera enthusiast. One page has a picture of Walter Kirchhoff who was a tenor at the Berlin Germany opera then performed at the Metropolitan opera in New York in the late 1920s.
