First edition biography, hardcover with dust jacket, book, autographed by the author Paul McClung, inscribed by the giver (Mildred), autographed by the artist Robert A Gartland, plus a color photograph autographed by Papa Jack who was John F. Howenstine, Oklahoma rancher, cowman of the Wichitas. There is also an obituary of Papa Jack's widow taped inside the cover. Published by University of Oklahoma Press. 1976 Western old west ranch farm cattle cowboy interest.
