Marked on base Clark Jewel July 1 1913. Uranium or manganese content glass, glows green under black light. George M Clark company sold out to the American Stove Company in 1901 but continued to produce these which were used with the Clark Jewel kerosene cook stove. . Rural farmhouses used kerosene or wood into the 1920s or later due to electricity and natural gas not being available in rural areas. Farmhouse kitchen primitive farm bottle jar collection interest.
