ca. 1830-1850; Unknown maker, Beiderwand woven in dyed wools royal blue, dark blue, red and natural (unbleached) wools. The center-seam constructed coverlet is geometric block pattern in off-setting colors of blue and red with natural wool drafts that create outline for blocks with a seven band border, red cotton head end cloth bound with fringed sides and foot end; 102" x 76"; Condition: High quality yarn darning-repair to one blue block
