ca. early 20th century; Originally designed as a stand-out silhouette shorebirds hunting rig, each yellow legs bird decoy is hand cut tin sheet and hand painted on both sides. The birds were designed to clip-mount on a fold-out rig or place atop a wire stand. Displayed in later era paper-backed clip frame; displays - 14" x 11"; birds - 12" long; Condition: one bird has extensive peeling of original paints, others have minimal paint loss.
