ca. late 19th-early 20th century; Embossed signed "PST & Co" with shield shaped logo, in two-part construction with a flying bat shaped figure that has lighting tip extended from mouth and valve on back that hangs with three-part chain assembly from hook-top hanger stand. The stand has a two-tier embellished cast bronze base; Bat: 8" wingspan x 4" x 1 3/4"; Base - 4"dia. X 11 1/2"; Condition: excellent condition
