Really nice example of a 1930s advertising screen door from a Lancaster County country store featuring advertising for Stroehmann's Bread. The screen has the applied label, metal door push, and the tin sign used as a kickplate, both with Stroehmann's bread advertising. The door itself has early (possibly original) green paint. Hinges are original. Provenance: The collection of Linda and the late Ed Althouse. 77 1/2"H x 31 1/2"W Light wear to paint. Wear with some areas of loss to the right side of the door handle. One screw replaced in door push. Overall very good.
