An antique brass bound mahogany portable writing desk or slope, shield escutcheon and badge on lid, fitted interior with compartments for ink wells and pens, often associated with military campaign furnishings, 19th C, British, original condition, veneer loss on right hand side and interior compartment lid missing. 20"W x 7"H x 10"D.
