Alexis Arts, RCA, born in the Netherlands 1940 - 2015, moved to Canada 1955, in Montreal trained at the Ecole des Beaux-Arts in the 1950s and 60s, known as a leading contemporary impressionist landscape artist in Canada. An acrylic on masonite of an old plank sided small barn in a meadow near the woods, signer lower left "A. Arts '70". 21"W x 18"H frame size. 15.5"W x 11"H image size.
