This Lancaster County Amish-made bed quilt is constructed from hand-pieced and hand-quilted cotton fabrics. The design features a central house motif within an eight-point Log Cabin star, bordered by forty-eight mini Log Cabin blocks. Thetextile includes varied calico and plaid prints with an off-white reverse. A yellow paper tag describes the piece as Lancaster County Amishmade with heart and cable quilting. 100 inches (w) x 107 inches.The quilt is in good condition with minor surface wear. A one-inch stain is present as identified on the accompanying label. The hand-quilting stitches remain regular and fully intact across the entire surface.
