This Lancaster County textile features a hand-pieced and hand-quilted Double Wedding Ring pattern. The design incorporates multi-colored printed and solid fabric segments with dark green intersections against a cream ground with ascalloped burgundy binding. Hand-quilting includes heart motifs and outline stitching. A yellow handwritten index card reading Double Wedding Ring Quilt and Amish / Mennonite made is included, featuring a circled 6. 92 inches (w) x 103inches (l).The textile is in very good condition with vibrant colors. Hand-stitching remains intact across the surface. No visible stains, holes, or significant wear to the edges or reverse. Minor irregularities characteristic of handmade items are present.
