A group of 18 Romanian hand-decorated glass Christmas tree ornaments produced for Commodore Mfg. Corp. of Brooklyn. The assortment features spherical and teardrop shapes with colorful indents and hand-painted floral, heart, and geometricmotifs. These glass ornaments include vibrant shades accented with glitter, and the largest ornaments are 4 inches. Each box bears the original label and Romanian origin marks.Ornaments show vintage wear including significant paint loss, flaking, and silvering degradation. Metal caps exhibit surface oxidation and tarnish. Original boxes display shelf wear, corner scuffs, edge damage, and remnants of old adhesive tape.
