Two original promotional posters for the British rock band The Cult. The first is a black and white promotional poster for the 1985 studio album Love, featuring portrait photography of band members Ian Astbury and Billy Duffy interspersedwith stylized Egyptian and occult icons. The poster is marked Printed in England at the lower right corner 25 1/4 x 35 1/2. The second item is a concert tour poster for the 2007 Jagermeister Music Tour, featuring The Cult as the headliningact with support from the bands Vietnam, The Cliks, and Action Action. The graphic design includes a hot pink ground with bone imagery and promotes the release of the album Born Into This 18 x 24. Sponsor logos for Schecter GuitarResearch, JVC Mobile Entertainment, and Peavey are present at the bottom margin. Both posters are printed on paper stock.Fair overall condition. Both items show significant handling wear consistent with age and use, including widespread creasing, edge nicks, and localized staining.
