Pennsylvania, mid-19th-century. Well is dovetailed, skirt is mortised and pegged and the legs are nicely turned with good height. 2-board top. The cleats on the lid are angled so the lid slides off and doesn't lift off. 30"H x 43"L x 22"W Old refinish, traces of the original red paint remain. Age cracks and typical wear.
