Three 19th-century New England painted pantry boxes. Largest box in a slate gray paint over the original Windsor green. Middle box in the original ox blood red with overlapping bands and copper nails. Smallest box with copper nail construction and a bright mustard paint with good wear, signed in pencil on bottom "C. Lackery Prospect Street Marblehead". Largest box, 4 3/4"H x 9 1/2"D Largest box with 8" horizontal split in the middle of the body. Red box with age split in lid. Mustard box with loss at bottom edge were the body is nailed.
