Graduated stack of two painted stools. The smaller in an alligatored dark red paint with bootjack feet and shaped skirt on each side. Taller stool in a blue/green paint with half-moon cut-out feet. Each late 19th century. Taller stool, 11"H x 15 1/4"L x 8 7/8"D Typical wear to paint on each. Taller stool with age split in top which is difficult to see. The top is two boards and there is some separation between the two boards in the middle which is more visible.
