Wonderful New England form, slightly tapered pine body with oak bands secured with copper nails. 1820-1840 time period. The initials "DN" are burned into the bottom five times in the form of a cross. Very old, if not original finish as it does not appear the bucket was ever painted. 10 3/4"H x 13 3/8"D Great condition. No cracks or losses. One tiny chip of wood missing at top edge of top band.
