World’s Finest Comics #3 (1941) from DC Comics, offered in an approximate Good+ condition range, with the cover reattached using a small amount of tape. This important Golden Age issue features the first appearance and origin of the Scarecrow, one of Batman’s most iconic villains. The issue also marks the beginning of Sandman’s appearances in the title and the last appearance of Johnny Thunder in the series. A significant early DC Golden Age key combining the debut of the Scarecrow with notable developments for Sandman and Johnny Thunder. Despite the cover restoration, this remains a highly desirable early World’s Finest Comics issue.
