This lot consists of two vintage Hungarian porcelain decorative flasks, each hand-painted with traditional folk art floral motifs. The first flask is of flattened, rounded form with a narrow neck, two integral loop handles, and a matching porcelain stopper. It is decorated with a vibrant wildflower bouquet featuring a red poppy, blue cornflower, and yellow wheat ears on a glazed white ground. The stopper is painted with a single blue forget-me-not and a yellow bud. The base is marked with a blue underglaze stamp for Kalocsa, Hungary, featuring crossed paintbrushes, the number 0058, and a hand-painted character F. The second item is a circular canteen flask supported by three small feet, with two side lugs threaded with a red braided cord handle and a matching stopper. The decoration comprises a central circular panel containing a bouquet of roses and field flowers, enclosed by a gold gilt border and four smaller floral sprigs. The base bears a green printed mark for the Holloháza manufactory, Hungary, with a raven symbol and the date 1831, partially obscured by an orange-red stamp featuring the numbers 3 and 7. Both pieces are finished with gold gilt accents to the rims and stoppers. Dimensions (measured against a ruler): H approx. 16 cm (handled flask); H approx. 16.5 cm (circular flask). Condition: Both items are in good condition. There is a small surface blemish or inclusion to the shoulder of the circular flask and minor fraying to the red cord. The gilding remains bright with minimal signs of wear. No visible chips, cracks, or evidence of restoration.
