Vintage 1970s OshKosh B'Gosh Quilt Lined Overalls

Dating to the 1970s, these men's cold weather workwear bib overalls were manufactured in the United States by OshKosh B'Gosh. Constructed of a heavy-duty navy blue 50% cotton and 50% polyester duck canvas shell, the bibs feature a bright red quiltednylon lining insulated with 100% polyester interlining. Designed with classic "Vestbak" styling, the work bibs feature adjustable shoulder straps with brass hardware, a multi-compartment chest bib pocket with a snap closure, side hip buttons, a brassTalon 42 zipper fly, front slant pockets, and rear patch pockets. A blue and yellow embroidered label reading "OSH KOSH B'GOSH THE GENUINE ARTICLE" accents the bib pocket, while a triangular cloth label reading "OSHKOSH B'GOSH VESTBAK" is sewn at the back. Additional internal union labels are sewn inside the pockets. Waist at 34-35" and total inseam is at 32" but adjustable at shoulders; fit consistent with a men's medium. Condition is consistent with normal age and light workwear use, displaying minor surface creasing, soft fabric fading along the seams, and gentle oxidation to the brass Talon zipper and buttons. The canvas duck shell, quilted red lining, stitching, hardware, and original labels remain intact and fully functional.
