Constructed of smooth cognac tan leather, this vintage 1970s hooded jacket features a unique front button closure with oversized pointed leather tabs, an integrated leather hood, and a single lower slash flap pocket. Manufactured by Sheep Mates (NewYork / Paris), this example includes a small buttoned flap pocket on the left sleeve, horizontal chest yoke seam detail, full brown interior lining, and an attached Leathercraft Process care instruction label. This garment presents in very good vintage condition overall, displaying natural minor color variations, faint surface scuffs, and light creasing typical of supple genuine leather. Interior lining, seams, hood construction, and tabbed button attachments remain secure and well-preserved throughout. Dimensions are 17 in. shoulder width, 17 in. bust width (flat across, 34 in. circumference), and 25 in. overall length.
