Savage B-Mag .17 WIN Super Mag

This Savage B-Mag bolt-action rifle is chambered in the high-velocity .17 Winchester Super Magnum cartridge and comes outfitted as an attractive rimfire-varmint package. Serial number J409714, this example features an approximately 22" barrel with a shiny bore and remains in good overall condition. The rifle utilizes a lightweight synthetic stock with a traditional grip profile and is built around Savage’s compact bolt-action receiver. Mounted atop the rifle is a UTG 3-12x40 scope, providing a useful magnification range well matched to the flat-shooting nature of the .17 WSM cartridge. A sling is also included. Savage introduced the B-Mag specifically around the .17 Winchester Super Magnum, a cartridge designed to offer significantly greater velocity than traditional rimfire rounds. The result was a rifle intended for shooters who wanted extended rimfire performance in a lightweight platform.
