2007-D Idaho Quarter Brilliant Uncirculated 2007-D Idaho State Quarter Brilliant Uncirculated INB Graded Condition: This item is graded as Brilliant Uncirculated by the International Numismatic Bureau (INB). The coin exhibits original mint luster with no signs of wear on the high points of the design. The surfaces are bright and clean, consistent with a coin that has never entered general circulation. Minted at the Denver Mint as indicated by the D mint mark, this piece is composed of a copper-nickel clad over a pure copper core. The reverse design features the Peregrine Falcon and an outline of the state of Idaho with the motto Esto Perpetua. This coin was released as part of the United States Mint's 50 State Quarters Program, which honored each state in the order they ratified the Constitution or were admitted to the Union.
