Ball form pressed glass lamp globe with a flat collar fitter, standing about 6.5 inches tall with a collar roughly 4 inches outside and a 3.25 inch opening. The pattern is a deep imitation cut design in horizontal bands, reading from the top as a fluted crown, a band of pointed prism spears, then two bands of large diamonds each holding a six ray star, all separated and edged by rows of sharp sawtooth points. A dark patinated cast metal six petal rosette fitting sits at the top center and doubles as the holder nut. No maker mark, label or sticker is present. Condition is fair to good. Every sawtooth point was checked and none is chipped, the fitter collar rim is smooth, and the glass has no cracks and no sickness. The metal rosette is rusted and corroded around its threaded hole, and there is overall yellow tan grime in the pattern recesses that should clean up. Sold as-is.
